Baked meatballs

Even if the cooking time is longer, some tasty and much healthier meatballs will come out.

  • 600 g minced pork
  • an onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • an egg
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • flour for rolling meatballs

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the onion on the grater with small holes, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, season with salt and pepper and mix. Form balls of the right size, roll them in flour, flatten them and place them in a tray lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven over medium to high heat. After about 30 minutes, turn the meatballs and leave them until they brown nicely and on the other side we serve them as such or with different garnishes. They are good and warm and cold.
