Wash and clean the wings well, dry them with kitchen towels and fry them briefly on one side and the other in the pan in a tablespoon of oil.
Separately mix the chilli sauce, hot pepper sauce, curry, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Dip the wings in this mixture and leave for about 15 minutes. Usually I prepare the wings and leave them in this sauce until the next day but how today I was in a hurry I changed things a little.
Place the wings in a heat-resistant dish and put them in the oven for 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven, turn the wings on the other side and leave them for another 20 minutes on the right heat.
I did not serve the wings with rice garnish, cabbage salad and a glass of white wine.
