You need the following ingredients: 1 kg head of pork breast, 2 tablespoons butter (or lard), 4-5 cloves of garlic, 200 ml of white wine, tarragon, salt and pepper to taste, parsley and dill.
Peel the meat, wash it, stuff it with garlic cloves, dust it with salt and pepper, put it on finely chopped tarragon and then cover and leave it to cool for about an hour for the flavors to penetrate the meat. Place in a pan with two tablespoons of butter. Put the tray in the oven at the right heat. Allow to brown on both sides. When it takes on a little color, add wine (or water). - A quarter cup of olive oil
- A thinly sliced yellow onion
- A fennel bulb, pitted and cut into thin slices (plus leaves, cut)

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Place the red onions in a large baking tray. On a mincer, season the pork with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture with sausages over the meat, leaving a margin of 1-2 centimeters. Then roll the meat and tie it with ropes, at distances of 1-2 centimeters. Grease it with the remaining olive oil and add the red onions over the pan. Put the tray in the oven and leave it there for 2 and a half hours, and from time to time grease the meat with its own juice that is left in the tray. After 2 and a half hours, remove the meat and let it rest for 15 minutes.
To serve, remove the ropes. Cut the pork into 2-3 cm thick slices, with the onion next to it. As a garnish, you can use baked potatoes.
Pork ribs with pepper crust and mushroom and brandy sauce
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons white peppercorns
- A piece with pork ribs of 2-3 kilograms
- A tablespoon of vegetable oil
- A packet of unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 6 sprigs of thyme
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 sprigs of marjoram or oregano
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 large red onions, thickly sliced
- 2 cups dehydrated mushrooms
- A cup and a half of hot water

The steak recipe we propose to you today guarantees you a tender, juicy meat and, at the same time, flavorful and crunchy on the outside, thanks to the crust with which it is coated. It is very easy to bake in the oven, and you can serve it with your favorite potatoes, salad or pickles.
- a piece of pork muscle (approx. 1 kg)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and prepare a tray lined with baking paper.
Cut the pork muscle as if you were slicing it, but don't cut it down. This way, the piece of meat will cook better.
Mix the crushed garlic, mustard, rosemary and thyme, salt, pepper and melted butter in a bowl. Grease the piece of muscle with the mixture and massage the meat very well, so that the flavors penetrate the texture of the muscle.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and ground pepper, then add sour cream and half of the chopped dill. The other half is mixed with the Telemea cheese given on the large grater and the sliced onion.
Mix the potatoes with the dill cheese and place in the pan. Pour the beaten eggs over them, and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until they start to brown nicely

Place the slices of meat on the onion bed. Cover the pan (I used another baking tray) and bake the meat in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the Knorr cube in water and pour it over the slices of meat. Put the tray back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Then pour the beer and bake the meat for another 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and put the tray in the oven for another 20 minutes.
We prepare the vegetable salad. Cut the cucumbers into slices and chop the cabbage. Peel an onion and cut it. Put cucumbers, cabbage and onions in a bowl. Add vinegar, oil, tartar sauce and spice mixture. Mix well.
