Hello everyone, this morning I give you a recipe to quickly and easily prepare a snack with puff pastry and raw ham. These finger foods are ideal to serve with an aperitif accompanying them with green olives or during a buffet dinner along with other snacks prepared with puff pastry, you can fill them in different flavors with raw ham, cooked ham, coppa or salami and you will get a quick appetizer and certainly appreciated by all. How to make puff pastry torciglioni

In a bowl, mix the egg, grated parmesan, salt and paprika

Unroll the puff pastry and brush half of its length with the beaten egg and cheese.
Arrange the raw ham or capicollo on a sheet

Fold the puff pastry in half so that the edges match perfectly. Press lightly on the edges to make the puff pastry adhere well

With a pastry cutter, cut into strips of 1 finger

Take your ends of each strip and roll it up on itself to give it a spiral shape

Place the Torciglioni of puff pastry with ham on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Brush with the leftover egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° and cook for 15 minutes

Allow to cool then lift and serve
