How to make mustard and honey chicken
Prepare the marinade by mixing the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl
Remove excess fat from the chicken drumsticks and make cross cuts on the surface
Brush the chicken legs with the marinade, taking care to get the marinade inside the cuts created with the knife
Put the chicken in a bowl, cover it and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour
In a pan, melt a knob of butter with a drizzle of oil, then add the chicken and brown it on both sides over high heat.
Now cover with the broth, put a lid on and cook for 30 minutes, turning the chicken a couple of times during cooking.
At the end of cooking, turn up the heat to reduce the sauce, then serve your chicken with mustard and honey
