Nutella biscuits recipe of 09-05-2011 [Updated on 06-03-2017]

I made these Nutella cookies together with the sour cherry muffins this Saturday afternoon for my friend Rossella, we hadn't seen each other for a while and making some cookies was the least I could do for her and her little one. I improvised a shortcrust pastry enriched with ground almonds and stuffed everything with a rich layer of Nutella. These Nutella biscuits are ideal as a Monday dessert, they are easy, fast and delicious: P All you have to do is get to work and prepare these biscuits and me, to wish you a happy week.

How to make Nutella cookies

In a bowl, mix the flours with the sugar and yeast.

Add the butter cut into chunks and the egg.

Quickly knead the ingredients into a loaf and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take back the dough and roll out the dough on a floured pastry board with a thickness of 3 mm. Remove with a pastry cutter many discs of about 6 cm in diameter.

Make a central hole of about 2 cm above the middle of the discs.

Arrange the biscuits on a greased and floured baking sheet and place in preheated ovens at 180 • Bake the biscuits for about 10 minutes.

Allow to cool, sprinkle with icing sugar the perforated discs and the other whole ones, spread a layer of Nutella.

Place the perforated discs on top, exerting slight pressure.

Place the Nutella biscuits on a serving dish and serve.
