Light cake with apples

I admit that I did not give credit to this cake, but now, if I still spend all my time at home, I tried the recipe. I adapted the original recipe, using healthy ingredients and a fine cake came out, with an intense aroma of apple, vanilla and cinnamon, poor in dough, but rich in apples. Ingredient:

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g whole wheat flour
  • 40 g of oatmeal

  • 120 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g raisins
  • 25 g melted and cooled coconut oil
  • 7 medium to large apples

Method of preparation :

Same as a common pancake batter. Beat eggs well, add milk (including hydrated raisins), agave syrup, coconut oil, continuing to stir vigorously. Then add vanilla sugar (or essence), cinnamon and flour in the rain, baking powder, salt and let the dough rest until the apples are ready.

Peel them, remove the spine and then cut them into thin slices (transparent). Carefully incorporate the slices into the dough and mix carefully so that each slice is well smeared with dough.

Put the whole composition in a large tray, in a thin layer (like a finger), otherwise the dough will remain raw. We carefully arrange the entire composition, leveling it lightly with our hands. Preheat the oven. Bake at an average temperature for about 40 minutes, leave to cool (preferably overnight in the refrigerator) and you're done!

It is a light, healthy cake, with very little dough, combining the delicate taste of pancakes with the intense aroma of apples with cinnamon.

Apple cake

1. preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a tray and line it with baking paper. Peel the apples and cut into 1 cm pieces. Put them in a bowl, next to the lemon juice.

2. Using a mixer, mix the butter, sugar and lemon peel in a bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, adding flour to keep the mixture smooth.

3. Put the remaining flour and baking powder in the bowl and incorporate the ground almonds. Drain the apple pieces, then add to the mixture.

4. Put the composition in the tray and sprinkle with demerara sugar. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until it grows well, it is brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If the cake looks a little too brown, cover with a sheet of baking paper after about 45 minutes.

5. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove to a plate and dust with sugar. Cut and serve hot with a tablespoon of ice cream.

Apple cake

Peel an apple, grate it and fry in oil, adding cinnamon.


Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Pour the oil little by little and mix, add the flour mixed with baking powder, milk and mix until a dough is obtained.


Pour half of the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.


Remove the tray from the oven, put the hardened apples, then pour the rest of the dough on top and bake for another 35-40 minutes.


Remove, allow to cool and powder with powdered sugar. It's portioned.

& # 8211 for cream- 4 eggs, 160 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 sachet Finesse vanilla Bourbon, 120 g flour, 400 ml milk, 100 g nuts plus 100 g apple jelly with pears

We prepare the cream. Mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Heat the milk in a double-walled pot. Gradually pour in the eggs, add the Bourbon vanilla, reduce the heat to medium and stir continuously until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Cool, mix with walnuts and then cool.

For the top, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until they become creamy and glossy. Add the yolks, flour one by one and after each mix with a spoon until smooth. Wallpaper a tray (32 & # 21522 cm) with baking paper, spread the composition evenly and put in the preheated oven over medium heat until the edges of the paper open, about 20 minutes. Cool, remove the paper and place on a plate. Cover the surface with fruit jelly, spread the cream evenly and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours. We portion and serve.


Mix the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg, melted butter, salt powder and finally incorporate the flour and baking powder.

Knead a dough that we divide in half and spread two sheets.
We put the apples on the large grater and heat them in butter together with the sugar until the liquid has reduced. At the end we flavor with cinnamon dust.
In a tray covered with baking paper (mine 25 & # 21535) put the first sheet and prick it from place to place with a fork. Spread the apples evenly, cover with the second sheet and prick it as well.
Bake for 35-40 minutes over medium heat until nicely browned on top.

When it is ready, let it cool completely and portion as desired. Decorate with vanilla powdered sugar. Enjoy!
